Mind Cleansing Leads to Body Cleansing

Yesterday I attended a women's conference with 100 powerful, amazing women. The topics were on point for everything I needed to hear. I spent the majority of the day fighting tears. I quickly came to realize I had chosen to take on a full-time job outside of the business I own because I didn't think I was worthy of success. I had self-sabatoged myself in my weight-loss, my relationships, and my business growth. I know what I need to do and that one step will make a huge difference in all the other areas of my life where I have felt immense tension and anxiety.
By choosing to quit the other job, I can put my youngest in VPK for 5 hours in the mornings. This leaves me the morning to work on my business. I can then pick her up, spend time with her, pick up my older kids from school, spend time with them, and get ready for the evening. When the husband gets home, I can go work out. I can then come home and have dinner with my family. This leaves my evenings free to spend time with that handsome gent. I can focus on building up strength for derby rather than just doing derby on the days we have practice.
I will have mornings free which means I can connect with those women I wouldn't otherwise have time to connect with.
I am looking forward to this change in my life.
With my mind at rest, my body can do what it needs to do...let go and release the weight.
