I set out to focus on my nutrition on September 9 to October 6, 2015 and have completed my challenge. Operation Nutrition Focus
Week 4 results September 30 - October 6, 2015:
Nutrition: I did good this week with tracking and staying in range 7 out of 7 days. I had a minor hiccup with adding 2 tsp of sugar to my oatmeal, but other than that I did pretty good. Here's a snippet of some of the foods I ate:
Fitness: My fitness is really on point and I'm in a zone right now
. I'm really enjoying my workouts at the gym and I think my new Polar A300 is giving me a boost of motivation too. I look at it while I'm exercising to see where I am and it helps me to push harder. I love getting a good burn in
This week total fitness minutes was 239 and I burned 2,143 calories with 3 days of exercising.
I treated myself to this awesome baby since I never really reward myself for all that I have accomplish
. I also love I can change the wristband.
Weigh In: I lost 1.8 this week and I hit my 90 lbs lost mark.

SW for Challenge: 242.8
EW for Challenge: 235.6
Total Loss for Chllenge: 7.2 lbs gone!
What's next for me? I have one goal left I want to accomplish this year and that's to make it into the 220's , especially 226 that will be my 100 lbs lost mark.
