Working out with the Kids

I am feeling so good since getting back on track. My son is on the wrestling team and needs to work out every day so him and I have been doing that together it has been so much fun to encourage each other. The first day doing squats well I could of died the next day I was so sore lol. We were able to go on a 5 mile hike last Sunday which was awesome.
Every day gets easier I just have to remember to weight didn't come on over night, it won't come off over night.
