I'm just slipping and sliding around with my food. I'm hoping that I can reclaim the habit of eating within my prescribed calorie range. I haven't eaten within range on a consistent basis in many months. I owe it to myself to be healthy and to feel good. I don't like dealing with bloating and stomach distress.

Yes! I too have these bloating problems. At the moment, after I stopped eating sugar, I believe it's almost gone. Staying in kcal range is a fight every single day. I believe cardio makes me able to drink more, it again pushes the hunger aside.

Remember to just take it one day at a time. I know it always seems like an uphill battle but you've come really far & done a lot for yourself. Keep positive & make you the main focus. emoticon

Don't fret sis! You'll get it together for sure! I've been doing that lately. I rev up my workout & make sure I get my daily water. This change is for life and things will fall in line in Jesus Name!

It is hard to get back on the bandwagon once we've let go of the reins sometimes, but the journey is still ahead of us and we can start over every day, any time, any where. I'm right there with you. The best is yet to come for us!
