21 Day Challenge Debrief

This month I've lost 7lbs with help from participating in the 21 day challenge! This has been the most I've lost since January. I am honestly shocked that having accountability over FB like that influenced how much I thought about caring for myself :) One thing I learned from the challenge was that daily assessment is important! When I acknowledge both my good and bad days I was able to better root myself in reality. I also learned that will power lives within me. The choice to ask myself "Do I really need to eat this (insert unhealthy food)?" Helped me refocus my desires back to healthy goals. All in all, I'm happy I did the challenge. Although I was 3lbs shy of my goal, my progress is good progress and worth celebrating :)
