Yesterday was my 67th birthday. I am not old, and I am discovering life's secrets every day.
I am not stuck in old beliefs, and fears.

This day is mine to be free, and happy in.

Meditation is a priceless key,
and, simple moments of mindfulness
when we catch ourselves spinning off
into some dark depths of past or future.
Staying in this life right now, and,
realizing what a precious gift we have is simply awesome.

May you be free from suffering.
May you be healthy, and well.
May you find peace, and contentment.
