Fall Bingo Challenge 2015

For us here in Alaska, winter hit today. It is 1:30 pm and we have 4" of snow so far. It is time to hibernate; and that is exactly what most Alaskans do this time of year. Eat comfort food, and snuggle next to the fire. I need this Fall Challenge to get and keep me going. This has been a rough year for me, but I'm still here. I haven't exercised much, or eaten right; but I'm changing that. I want to start moving again, and keep moving right through the holidays and the rest of my life. I weigh only a couple pounds less than when I started this Sparkpeople journey 7 years ago. I have got to change.
My two personal goals for this challenge are to get 11,000+ steps every day, and go without junk food Monday-Saturday. I know I can do both of these if I set my mind and heart to it. Making a dinner plan for this week was a great idea because I didn't stress at 4 in the afternoon about what I was going to make. I already had it planned. Sunday DH took us to dinner (salad for me), Monday we had pizza salad, Tuesday I made baked pork chops and brown rice, Wednesday night I put Black Bean Chicken in the crockpot for after church, last night we had baked Chicken and brown rice, tonight we are going to a church party (I'm bringing Split Pea Soup and Pumpkin Spice Cookies), and tomorrow we're having Idaho Tacos.
