Get sleep on track. This is going to be the most challenging goal.
Exercise regularly. I have been wanting to exercise and I enjoy it but depression is seeping the actual getting the goal done right from me! Even if I have to dance like nobody's watching away from the world, then I'll just have to dance the pounds away or attempt to!
Work on self-esteem/Confidence
Track nutrition in the nutrition tracker every day. Oops. I have not been and I'm cheating myself by not doing something that can help significantly. Mainly, it's not an issue with calories but carbs. Carbs and endocrine issues are frenemies!
The last one seems silly but don't give up on the other four goals!!
Well, those are my goals for the season! I am planning a fun blog. It's music related. It's exercise related. Basically, I am going to write about songs that will get you moving. There will be a couple of other fun elements too! 🎤🎶🎼
I am going to try my best to incorporate as many genres as possible (pop, country, Christian, etc.). Now, this is where you come in. What genre(s) would you like included? No worries if you don't like a genre. For example, if you are not a Christian, you can skip over that section right to the rock section or pop section! Everyone is welcome on blogs. We are all here for fitness! Just a friendly reminder! :)
Comment with which genres in the comment section. I am not familiar with a lot of rap or hip hop but if you have suggestions, spark mail me and they will be included. You will also be credited for the suggestions. I always read the messages so if I don't respond, it was most likely not received.
You can say you would like current pop or 90s pop. You can suggest 80s rock music or punk/rock. Or if you want oldies, that's fine too. I am compiling the list but no worries, you have time. I hope you will enjoy the blog! It will probably be posted sometime next week. I want to leave this blog open until the weekend when more people may be able to include their input if they would like.
