to start off I did miss one day and I did notice a difference in my energy level and how I was feeling. until then my knees had hardly hurt and I was feeling good. I have had a couple of time where my knees have hurt a lot but over all I feel very good about this supplement. I like the energy one.
I started with taking the whole serving in the morning of two of them which I was not supposed to do. Now I take half in the morning ad sometimes take the other half later. I really have felt better. I did feel like this when I started athletic greens too. then it seems like your body gets used to it and you don't notice it so much. Except for when you stop taking it and wonder what is wrong.
I haven't made up my mind totally yet but I think I will keep on with the joint one for sure. it really seems to have made a difference so far and I think keeping on with it I will just get better.
