Feel Good = Kick Butt

Having COPD, some days rock and some days suck! Yesterday spent the day on the couch. Congested, and not breathing well. Went to bed feeling down.
When I woke up I felt better, I could breath better and was less congested. Instead of doing my Sunday routine of laundry, dishes and cleaning.... I decided to take full advantage of feeling great. I KILLED IT! I did more than what was on my chore list, purged a few boxes and brought them to Goodwill, grocery shopped, and took a 30 minute power walk.
I'm sure between yesterday and today combined my calorie intake balanced out. I also can't let feeling bad get me too down. But I do also have to remember than when I feel great I should not waiste it away, and take full advantage of it! Feel good = Time for a butt kicking!
