September Schedule

Monday, September 14, 2015

I am trying to adjust to a fall schedule and it is taking some time. I walked SO much over the summer but I can't seem to add it to my tracker because I used an Omron pedometer instead of my spark tracker. I am actually going to wear both of them tomorrow to see how close they are.
It is hard to go from hiking 4-7 miles a day to taking less then 2000 steps a day! emoticon
Wish i could go back to walking for almost 2 hours every morning.
I actually gained weight over the summer...but it was all healthy food! My clothes fit better and I am STRONGER! So I have to get a new routine and focus on calories along with strength training.
I have a great dress for a wedding that is coming up next month, it looks good now, but a few more pounds gone will make it even better. emoticon
I took 587,239 steps that I could not record. that's over 250 miles!
So I have to come up with a new plan. It is just tough to get up every day at 4:30 am to work out; but that what is going to have to happen. I am just no good after work.
I took some yoga classes over the summer so I am going to look for a place around here, so maybe 2 nights after work I will give it a shot. I just hate driving at night. I love long summer days! I miss them! emoticon

I missed a whole week of being able to record steps. I couldn't get my phone working while out of the country for the fist week of September. My Fitbit is working great any other time.

Sounds like a great plan. Don't give up. I really like my fitbit. It automatically adds my steps to Spark People. emoticon
