Beck Reboot REDUX - Chapter 6 - Day 12 Fasting

Not moving on to Cravings (Day 13) until after experiencing hunger today. Developed a plan for today last night:

1) Breakfast - few more calories than usual (350) and good balance of nutrients
2) Distractions - meeting 11-12am & 12:15-1:30 Holy Mass to kick off the school year
3) Distraction - walk around campus
4) Distraction - Errands after work to the bank and to the library
5) Dinner - already planned and waiting in the fridge (big salad of lots of veggies and salmon fillet)

Wish me luck and learning to differentiate hunger from cravings and desires.
