Average Daily Calories: 1410
Average Daily Protein: 103 g
Average Daily Fat: 32 g
Average Daily Carbohydrates: 192 g
Average Daily Fiber 37 g
FYI, some other nutrient numbers that show eating this way is a good thing!
Avg. Saturated Fat: 6.5 g (Avg. Trans Fat: 0.12 g!!!)
Avg. Sodium: 1200 mcg (HALF of the max range suggested!)
Avg. Cholesterol: 259 mcg (or about 1 1/3 eggs!)
Oh yeah, and at least THREE pounds lost!!!
