Oh hey. I haven't worked out or logged my food since last Monday. The Monday that was a week before yesterday. That one.
I had a really rough period and was achey and lethargic all week. And the horrible heat and humidity did a number on me too. I walked around feeling like I *had* worked out, even though I hadn't. Muscle soreness and knee pain every day. And I couldn't sleep.
I plan to get back to doing Cize today after work. I know I'm supposed to be doing T25, but all I wanna do is Cize. It's fun and I laugh the entire workout. So that's what I'm gonna do, and that's that.
