Beck Reboot - Chapter 6 Day 9 So, what's the Exercise Plan?

This is a perfect segway, making time to diet to making time to exercise. Right now I am pretty good with that. 30-40 minute walks 5-6 times a week, with a couple of 10 minute walks thrown in. Brisk, but it it not enough. It does get me past my 30 minute and 10K+ steps, but it is not enough.

Why,

It's obvious, I am not getting fitter and stronger and healthier.



So, here's the addition:
1) Adding 3 days a week a routine from SparkPeople Total Body Sculpting.
2) Keeping with the 5-6 days of walking, but adding running intervals.
3) Using weights with my body sculpting routines.

emoticon I love my walks,
but I know I need to ratchet it up a notch. emoticon

The alternative sucks...
