yes! I would love to have a reply option like that, did you email sparkpeople hq? what was the email address, customer service or??? I'd like to request it too.
It would be so much easier then having to go open their page and message them or comment/send a goodie.
Glad things are getting better, I have been looking into the keto too. I've been maintaining but I heard it's a good way to build muscle/reduce body fat for maintainers too since it has all the protein and reduces the carbs/calories.
Let's go for it! Happy hump day!

Hi there! It's good to hear and see you once again. I'm thinking that you'll get your work done today with having that big pile of papers to go, but just think of the pile of papers that you've already done before noon!!! You'll do it!!!! As far as low-carb, my husband and I really believe in it, up to a certain point. The Ketosis step bothers us because we milk cows and if a cow goes into Ketosis, we have to have the vet out and he gives the cow an IV of calcium and other nutrients to really put back into her body. If they wouldn't get this, she'd eventually die. I know that people could be different, but there are other issues for people with being in Ketosis. Constipation, etc. and constipation is a no-no for me. I need my fiber from grains and veggies and fruit. I can't have anything soy because of having a low thyroid, otherwise that would be a good protein. When I am really following a modified low-carb, then I can really lose weight. Once I stop though, it's right back on, like these 70# that I lost here. I know that I shouldn't discourage you, but I do know that we have to live with something we can live with the rest of our lives. The sugar part would be through fruits and sugar-fee jellos, etc. The Diabetic diet is good too, as far as alot less carbs because of the low-glycemic factor. Good luck to you! We can do whatever we set out minds too. Oh, I'm just starting a 10-week challenge here on SP. Challenges can really help me. Have you done any here before?

    Hugs, Karen

Glad to have you back! Good luck with your new plan, sounds interesting. Be sure to keep vlogging about how it is going for you down the road. I want your pink top, love, love, love the color!

Such a great idea you gave Spark Staff about being able to answer on the posts and then alerting us that someone has done that. I think it is one of the best ideas I have heard to improve Spark. They need you on their staff!
