Aaaaaah cheese! My dear, dear cheese! I miss you sooooo much! It's so hard not to have you! Melty and stringy mozzarella, or savoury parmesan, or salty feta, or simply delicious just like that Jarlsberg! I want it all!!!
I'm dreaming of swiss fondue, I'm craving pizza but simply for the cheesy toppings, and it's really weird because I'm really a sweet tooth, so I was expecting to crave cookies and ice cream and cake. But I realised that in all the different approaches I tried to lose weight, this is the first time dairy is completely out!
I cheated again and stepped on the scale today... OMG! That thing must be broken, the results are unbelievable!
I've lost 14 pounds already! Three pounds since my last weigh-in on wednesday! I know it will slow at one point, probably after the 2 weeks mark (I'm on day 13), but still!
I'm currently at 203 lb, and I started at 217 lb. I'm quite certain I will hit Onederland somewhere before the end of it. At the rate I'm losing, I would love to end this challenge somewhere around 195 lb. But I'm already super happy with my results.
And it's not just the weight, I feel like my skin is sooo soft and I generally sleep better.
People are starting to notice the change. I can see my face is slimmer. It's exciting!
So, let's make some predictions. Let's say I do finish Whole30 at 195 lb. I will probably stall a little in the 2 weeks between the end of it and the beginning of BLC29 (because of too much cheese probably).
So I would love to start BLC29 at around 195 lb and I said my goal was to lose 15 pounds during the challenge.
My friends, that would put me at my lowest in forever. I was 186 lb last year, but never reached 180 lb! So this is the plan: to give myself the best Christmas present ever and be hot and sexy in a brand new dress for Christmas!
I'm really proud of myself so far, because I've had ideas of cheating when no one was looking in the last couple of days, but I pushed through!
Now, I'll go make something for lunch! Probably eggs and beet greens, and try not to think how delicious parmesan or feta would have been in it!
