For the past few months, I've been seeing gains on the scale instead of losses. I'm up 10 pounds from where I was last summer. I've chosen to over indulge in foods that I know aren't good for me. Breads and chips are a weakness of mine. Simple truth: I can track, exercise, weigh and measure my food, but if I'm not strict with my bread/chips/sweets intake, I WILL NOT lose any weight. I will gain. I know this about my body. I know what to eat and do to maintain/lose weight. I just have to re-develop the willingness to do it. Since joining SP, I have shed 65 pounds.
As I approach my 3rd year anniversary, I've reclaimed 10 pounds.
My current goal will be to maintain my current weight and work on getting rid of the 10 pounds I've reclaimed.
