New Journey ~Day 3

I'm making little tweaks throughout the day to my diet and exercise. I'm not doing anything drastic this first week. I'm making choices like, no cheese & low cal bread instead of a bun with my burger. Carrot sticks in place of fries. And I'm using my fitbit to make sure I'm moving and getting my 10,000 + steps. Day 3 was a success.

    Changing breakfast no more Slimfast too many points
    My lunch cheese stick so changing that
    I can eat a lot of food and think eating more snackin less emoticon

    I am on Day 2 of my new journey. I'm working my way through the book "100 days of weight loss".

    I debated on blogging then I thought I about if it would be too much. But I like the accountability part of it. ????
