New Journey ~Day 3

I'm making little tweaks throughout the day to my diet and exercise. I'm not doing anything drastic this first week.
I'm making choices like, no cheese & low cal bread instead of a bun with my burger. Carrot sticks in place of fries.
And I'm using my fitbit to make sure I'm moving and getting my 10,000 + steps.
Day 3 was a success.
