Day 7: Time Flies

Weigh in time!
Me: 143 to 142.2 - that's -.8 pounds!
Ginger: 14.3 to 13.1 - that's 1.2 pounds (which is a little much but I'm wondering how much of that is the change to the new food)
Renni: 17.2 to 16.8 - that's .4 pounds (or maybe Renni is eating Ginger's share - not cool, bro!)
Ginger is the winner this week! You can really see that she's much less bloated around the hips. Still a little chunkster around the ribs but we're getting there!
I've been doing fitness competitions with friends which has been super inspiring on that end, but home life is a different story. I need a plan for the weekends for sure. I do much better if there are at least leftovers in the fridge and I new what I'm going to be eating.
I've also started journaling again which is lovely.
Overall I'm still feeling pretty positive! Though if Ginger keeps losing weight at this rate I'm going to have to feed Renni in the bathroom.
