Well it has a busy week. I had to choose between exercising and sparking. I chose exercising. I wanted to go to bed each night, but made myself exercise first. I'm proud that I did.

What is your largest obstacle to weight loss right now? Hmmm. I think my largest obstacle right now is that my family has not found our school year routine yet. There have been many late dinners and eating out because of everything going on. As we settle into this school year and activities things will get easier and this will happen less. In the mean time. I need to be sure I eat out as little as possible and when I do make the best choices that I can. Often when I am stressed I will go for comfort food over healthiest choice. I am proud of myself for avoiding the soda though. At this time in the school year I am usually having one a day, but I can't remember the last time I had a soda. Hope everyone had a great week and an even better week-end.

    Great choice. I don't always get in here the way that I would like either but actually taking care of ourselves is more important than logging things or talking about what we have done.
