Week 1 results

I had a good first week back at Spark and I have been trying to be more active here, which has definitely helped to keep me on track.
I got through a whole weekend within my calorie allowance, the first weekend in a long long time that I have done that!
I have been rewarded with a 2.2lb weightloss, which I'm happy with, slow and steady wins the race!
My goals for the week ahead are to continue to stick to my calories, try to get in a bit more exercise, drink lots of water and check in here everyday.
