Today I did some strength training and I ran for my training for the 5K. I didn't want to run. I almost talked myself out of going. Halfway through I wanted to stop. I pushed myself to finish which felt good, but the blister I got not so much. My son the runner says I need to run tomorrow to toughen up that spot. I don't know if I will. I don't like pain and I'm not scheduled to run again until Tuesday. We will see how I feel tomorrow. Have a great evening everyone.

    Tomorrow try going for half or even a quarter of the time you're supposed to on tues. When I do that I end up running for the amount I was suppose to even tho when I started I had it in my mind that I was only running half.
