Try the 80/20 rule.

If you are stressed out about preparing healthy meals every day, use what some experts call the "80/20" rule in your eating. If 80 percent of what you eat is healthy, then allow yourself to take it a little easier for the remaining 20 percent. You and your diet will survive.

    I do feel that we, Do the BEST we can each day and then some days can only do 80/20. I am grateful that I know to slow down on days like that and not overwork my muscles and joints. Do something even if only half the usual workout and that will keep us active on the harder days. Thanks for the Great reminder Irene. GOD bless and keep you healthy and strong.     That is a great method to keep from getting burnt out on eating healthy. Many have been successful with weight loss. And you can be careful with your 20% as well. Have a great weekend!
