List 3 Goals for August

What are your top 3 goals for the month of August? Mine are:

1) Get back to tracking my food and exercise CONSISTENTLY.

2) Drink at least 2 fruit and veggie smoothies a day until I reach my goal weight, drinking plenty of water and eating enough protein in between meals.

3) Walk or jog at least 30 minutes per day.

This should be easy, right?
