Happy birthday to me today I have lost 12 lbs. in the past few weeks and honestly I haven't worked out at all the only change I have made is I cut milk out of my diet because my dairy intolerance has gotten horrible lately and I cut back on my snacking through the day to hardly any snacks it's not much but it is working although I would never saying you don't need to work out to be healthy and lose weight I would say you can lose weight without daily workouts if you are willing to make changes in other things I personally don't exercise a lot in the summer because I have chronic asthma and the heats kills me here in Alabama it has been up to 114° all summer so far that is too much on me so I am using the change your eating habits method at the moment
