I ate an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's Half-Baked ice cream. One minute I was just scraping the surface for a taste and 15 minutes later I was scraping the bottom of the container.

270 calories per 1/2 cup serving times 4 servings! emoticon

    Oh man do I ever get it. I ate a pint of gelato last week with just about the same calorie count. Look at it this way. Now that you've eaten it, it's no longer in the freezer tempting you. Just make sure you don't buy it again emoticon .

    You can get yourself back on track. One day - or one pint! - does not make or break you!

    Oops! Well, it does go down easy. It won't ruin your eating plan, just cut back a little over the next couple days.

    Ben there done that (deliberate misspelling of been! LOL). Today is a new day - get right back on it. Maybe add a little to your workout or eat extra veggies today to treat your body right. emoticon emoticon
