Today, I’m going to allow myself (as much as possible) to be guided by serendipitous occurrences – Let’s see if something wonderful happens! I’m letting go of my inner control freak which is kind of scary.
1. Notice synchronicities – Fate and coincidences, I am going to pay attention to the positive experiences they will be sending me in the right direction. I will also pay attention to the negative experiences because they will be sending me in the wrong direction, so changes may be required.
2. Have a more holistic approach to my health. I have already started down this path, and I love it. My special treat for my body today is after exercise, I will make up a special aromatherapy massage oil, shower gel and facial serum. I am continuing on with my meditation practice, and I will be mindful of any aches and pains and pay them special attention.
3. Observation – Notice the world around me, follow hunches and coincidences and see where they lead.
Yesterday, clearing the clutter – I was brutal in my wardrobe, need to go take them to the charity shop and the very old and tatty need to go to recycling. I have yet to deal with the toys (think explosion in the Early Learning Centre). That may have to wait until I return from my trip and my Birthday, so I have pencilled this in for Wednesday. I am getting the boys involved, there will be a pile for a local children’s ward, a pile for charity and a pile for recycling. So I will update you later in the week.
