So after a rocky couple of weeks (including my first gain since I started) I managed to pull my sh*t together and went hard for two weeks! 3lbs off the first week and 2.5 off this week bringing me to 184lbs....I am on top of the world. I think the lowest I ever got down to was 178 but when I restarted this journey back in January in the 240s I thought I'd never get under 200 again! Just goes to show, hard work and lots of determination, you can do this!
So birthday weekend is here...off with my friends to party, party, party. Eat very bad food, drink lots of cocktails and cause a damn nuisance! Will NOT be weighing in next week but will be back the week after and will be hitting it hard!
