7 times it's okay to skip a workout

1) Whenever the heck you want. You do not owe health, fitness, or a particular body size/shape to anyone.
2) Whenever the heck you want. If the thought of slogging through yet another session fills you with dread - don't do it.
3) Whenever the heck you want. Sometimes vegging in front of the tv is exactly what your body, mind, and soul need.
4) Whenever the heck you want. Yeah you've already paid for this class but really, there's more to life than money.
5) Whenever the heck you want. Do you want to look back on your life and remember that one run you went on, or the time you skipped a run to join in some last-minute plans with a friend?
6) Whenever the heck you want. Because lie-ins feel flipping amazing.
7) Whenever the heck you want. Again, because it's so important - You do not OWE health, fitness, or a particular body size or shape to anyone.
