Self-care means NOT pushing myself to breaking point! I need to manage my stress, so I do not get sick. So I will be persistent, but I need stop pushing myself to breaking point.
1. Break tasks into segments; breaking large tasks into much smaller ones and focus on one task at a time. I'm so guilty of mega multitasking, I have quite a rigid routine for family, exercising, cleaning etc. I had a multitask free day a couple of days ago (which was awesome) but I'm already slipping, I give myself a must try harder on this task.

2. Check out if there is anything I can supplement my diet with, especially as I still can't eat solid food.

3. Meditate, meditate and go to bed earlier!

Yesterday, was really fun, changed out my exercise routine, got really creative in the kitchen, made a Goan soup (tomato & lentil, hot & sour), which to my surprise my eldest son loves.

D.H. & I have decided on expanding our business enterprises, so new beginnings all round.
