Today is about examining what is not working in your life; getting out of that rut and starting over. Fresh starts can refresh our mind, body and spirit.
1. Monitor self talk for negative statements, I'm quite a positive person but there are times I fall into the self-doubting/self-deprecating mind set. So today I'm like a proton, positive all day!
2. Take action: I'm mainly looking at my diet, exercise and lifestyle today, things I would like to change. So, I'm making a list (this is generally where I stop) but I am making a plan and then implementing it. Taking the first steps TODAY.
3. Finally I plan to dance and sing around the house to celebrate my new start (just because it makes me feel happy).
Yesterdays task is a lifetime mission - forgiveness and the ability to let go, is something that I have known I need to work on for a long time. On reflection, I enjoyed writing and burning the letter, which surprised me (my outpourings into the Universe were emotional and unrestrained). Which had led me into a positive frame of mind for today.
