I haven't blogged in awhile, nor have I been tracking my foods and exercise. I'm in a groove. No time to start slacking off now.
is everyone still here? Are we still drinking our water, making sure we're filling up on fruits, veggies and protein? Getting in some extra movement?
I've been wearing my fitbit and have been consistently hitting the 10,000 steps mark, so I'm feeling pretty proud of myself.
