Today is July 9th 2015. I have not posted in over a year! I have regained all my weight lost. Due to a knee injury, I am even more behind physically than I have been in my entire life, and I am miserable.
But, SparkPeople; the site, the friends, the articles, the posts all make me smile!
Lessons learned: 1.) When you don't use it, you lose it! I currently am taking a yoga class where I cannot bend or hold a pose as I have lost all balance and strength due to not properly using my left leg for 6 months. It is scary how fast we lose capability.
2.) My butt exploded over night! I have been taking body measurements almost my entire teen-to-adult life, and as I have gained weight (pregnancy included) I would gain parts of inches over time, but this last 6 months I gained 4-full-bleeping-inches around my glutious-maximus. I am horrified! What has happened to me?
3.) Feeling sorry for myself just makes the binging easier, not the losing.
4.) Sleep is more important than morning workouts.
5.) I just want to be healthy. I know how to do it, I just can't stay focused with my current job and commuting.
I NEED HELP!
So, today, I am back in the training, concentrating, planning, and doing mode!
