Procrastination

It's very obvious from all of my video and blog posts that I have been procrastinating on stopping binge eating and losing weight. I haven't been completely ready to make a big change like this. There are probably a lot of reasons why - but I just haven't done it. I don't know exactly what i'm waiting for. Maybe im looking for the perfect time to start but there isnt a perfect time. You can make a change at any time.

I feel like I'm finally ready. I don't want to make any promises of anything. I just want to give it a try and not give up. I don't want to be scared anymore. I deserve this change. I can imagine that it won't be easy but i'm up for the challenge.

    Take it a day at a time. Make each day a new start. Take it in small amounts and don't expect too much of yourself. It's a life style change with new habits that take time to stick. Just keep telling yourself emoticon good luck!
