Week 2 of Healthy Lifestyle

Good evening, my super duper cheerleaders!! I had a good and bad week. But I'm determined to stick it out. Nutrition wise, not good. Attitude and exercise, good. I mistakenly deleted one of my pics, the one where I'm facing sideways, but there's not change yet. hahaha I knew there wouldn't be. It will take a few weeks.







I hope the pictures show up side by side. If not, I'll have to figure out how it's done. Anyhoo, this is before picture dated 6/24/15 and after picture 7/1/15...no change. LOL

I forgot to weigh this morning so I'll just do it next Wednesday morning for the next set of picture posts. Sigh, I wonder if I'll have the patience to keep this up and stick with it.

    You know I'm a big cheerleader for you and although these pics may not show any changes, you keep it up baby cuz I see BIG changes in your future!!! emoticon I know these first few pictures are going to be hard to deal with cuz they just don't show all your spirit and effort that you're putting into this, but as you said you had a good week with attitude and exercise and those things REALLY count so you keep it up baby!! I know you can do this!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
