Week 1 of Healthy Lifestyle

Hi my good friends. I'm going to do something that exposes me to a vulnerability that has me extremely nervous and feeling exposed. I've decided to do something drastic to get on and stay on a healthy life path. I'm going to start posting weekly pics of my progress.
I have a good SP friend who every day gets on here and posts a video of her day. All of her challenges, disappointments, road blocks, and her successes, joys and NSV's. She has been at it as of today 116 days and I can see a huge difference in her motivation, body composition and attitude. If she can get on here and open herself up to everyone, then so can I.
I'm also going to list my measurements. Once a week I will take new pictures wearing the same clothes, in the same location and the same poses. I will always post the beginning pic and then the new pic next to it. I want to see what difference there is and when a difference can be seen. Once a month I will measure and post the measurements below my pics. I'm interested in what the results will be. I want to see how much I can lose by May 2016.
Thank you to all of you who have continued to send me sparkmail, goodies for encouragement, posting on my status feed and my page. For these few I truly am appreciative because things have been pretty harsh and I'm finally getting to a point where I can once again face my health straight on.
During my down time I gained what I lost plus more. I might have to change my back drop because the pic is too dark. I'll work on that this week. So below is my pics and my stats.

Upper Thighs: 32.25
Weight: 300 lbs.
