Weekly Weigh In (50lbs Off)

So last week was rubbish - was totally not motivated and only lost half a pound.

This week started off kind of similar...
Weather was fab which meant lots of picnics at the beach and ice cream from McDonalds. I WAS very active the whole week but I definitely ate more calories than I burnt!

Midweek, I decided to try and buckle down and I stepped up my exercise and laid off the treats. I had a late night run last night and today before weigh in, I spent the whole day in the gym. Followed by a swim and some aqua aerobics.

Anyway...it worked! Two pounds off bringing me to a total of 51lbs off since January. Yayyyy.

Aiming for 1.5lbs next week to get me into the 180's!
