So let's start this again.
Small steps is the only way that has ever worked for me.
For the next 4 days my goals are
1)drinking 10 glasses of water each day
2) eating within range for maintenance.
For the last month I have been stress-eating all kinds of junk, hence I gained 10 lbs. For starters I want to stop gaining weight, and soon I hope to start losing some of that.
