Starting Off Strong

Today feels like it's gonna be a good day.
It started off with a bowl of Cheerios and low-fat milk to prep me for my morning strength training.
Next came my morning meditation and working my triceps and biceps.
Now I'm enjoying a small bowl of cubed watermelon. Mmm...refreshing and sweet.
I feel ready to handle whatever the day has in store for me!
