I have joined the Biggest Loser Summer Meltdown Challenge here on SparkPeople. It is a 10 week challenge that I am hoping will end this yucky plateau that I am currently on. Here you will find my overall plan for success, weekly routine and the goals that I hope to achieve by the end of this challenge.
THE PLAN

Stay within calorie range at least 5 days a week

Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day

Walk at least 3,000 steps per day on SPAT

Burn at least 150 calories per day through exercise

Complete strength training 6 days per week
WEEKLY ROUTINE

Sunday: Yoga Routine

Monday: Total Body Toning, 30 Minute Cardio

Tuesday: Ab Toning, 30 Minute Cardio

Wednesday: Upper Body Toning, 30 Minute Cardio

Thursday: Ab Toning, 30 Minute Cardio

Friday: Lower Body Toning, 30 Minute Cardio

Saturday: Total Body Toning

Lose 1 pound per week (10 pounds throughout the challenge)

Fit into my white capri pants

Get into the overweight range for my BMI
