milestones and updates

So life has been pretty good lately. I'm on my last week of the quarter and I'm pretty well set up to continue working out each week after this. I hope.
Lately I've been sticking to two machines at the gym. The stair climber and the rope trainer. Both machines are metabolic burners so I get a more effective workout from them.
My sugar cravings have also gone down, and I'm not sure if it's due to me working out or the warm weather.
This morning I hit a big milestone--my body fat percentage is now under 40%! Yeah, this morning the scale read 39.7% so I'm pretty excited about it. Hopefully it continues to drop from here!
