Workout excuses-SparkCoach blog topic

I think I'll do eating right excuses today. My biggest excuses are:

1)It's late, I'm tired, and I would rather just use the drive thru than make something.

2) I deserve it

3)I want it and I don't care.

Suggestions on how to counter these?

    I constantly use the excuse #1 because I've been working a crazy amount of time. I'm learning to keep things in my desk that are healthy so that when I get done with work and I'm tired and it's late, if I make a drive thru choice it doesn't hurt quite as bad. I do also suffer from #3 from time to time (usually at that bloated, cranky time of the month) and you know what, I think that is ok. Once a month having an "I don't care, I want it" moment is just plain acceptable. Nobody's perfect and completely abstaining from those things you want is NOT at all realistic forever. The point of SparkPeople is to learn moderation and how to live a healthful life FOR YOU and that may be different from everybody else so if that drive thru calls your name, every once in a while listen.

    Numbers 2 and 3 are my biggest nemsises. I can most the time talk myself out of fast food but the other two I've already made up my mind and it's happening. I have no suggestions lol.
