Laziness is my down fall but I will conquer it!

So in getting back active on this site and going back on this journey to a healthy life I feel like I need to be completely honest with myself about what I do and why I haven't been successful with my weight loss goals. My major problem being laziness. Which I truly really got for the first time this morning. When I woke up this morning I knew it was Monday perfect time to start fresh and make healthier choices and instead of getting in my kitchen and making myself a healthy balanced breakfast I grabbed chips. I grabbed chips because they were there and I didn't have to do anything and I could grab them and go hop back in bed. I grab them because I didn't want to cook. I know what needs to be done. I know I need to eat better, and exercise but I don't because the food I like is good and easy and exercising is hard. These are my excuses, these are my downfall. But I will keep going, I will conquer my excuses and I will become better. It wont be easy but in the end it will be worth it.

    I know what you mean about going the easy way which is usually the unhealthy way.

    Here is a pointer for you.


    That way you exert an hour or so of effort and have meals for a few days. They can already be portioned out in containers and all you have to do is grab one and heat it up!
