Gym Membership Class Schedule

Gym membership Class Schedule for myself that I am going to attempt. I haven't tried yoga flow and Friday is not a class... I know this is doable as long as nothing else is going on at the same time. If so I will find a different class for that day. I really love Zumba so glad they have different times for that. I feel wonderful after mat pilates... What's your workout plan? Monday-10:30 am Yoga Flow. Tan
Tuesday-10:30 am Zumba
Wednesday-10 am Mat Pilates
Thursday- 9 am Aqua Zumba
Friday- 10 am- 5 minute warmup on cardio machine, 2 strength exercises per body part. 2 sets each. Cool Down with Stretches. Tan
Saturday- 10 am Zumba
Sunday-REST
Goals:
Eat One, One, One: one fat, one protein, one carb every meal and 1/2 of each for 2 snacks each day!

Share my food and exercise trackers :)
Record my Water Intake.
