A Fresh Start Begins Today

Monday, May 25, 2015

This is Day one of new beginnings. I've reached that point where I need to come to grips with my health & makes some necessary changes. My intention is to start slowly.

Getting back to basic .. that means

Exercise daily if possible for ten minutes or longer
Eat healthy .. No more junk food or processed foods
Shift my thinking back to positive thoughts
Stop looking backwards & living in the past .. I'm moving forward so focus on what's ahead of me
Watch my thoughts .. Make them positive .. What I think is what I'm attracting to me
Let go of anything that no longer serves me .. Yes it's time & very necessary

I'm disappointed in myself that I have gained all of my weight back along with a few extra pounds. I accept this. Starting today I am going back into Warrior mode. I have my armor, shield & sword. I'm ready to battle whatever obstacles that confront me. Gaining control of my health is vital. Learning to eliminate stress is my top priority. I'm not perfect, I will do my best for me. I am slowly learning to love Vickie (myself) for who she is & who she will become.
