okay. So I didn't track so much. But I'm still losing. My weight loss has slowed down. I think most of the water weight is off so now I'm actually losing the weight.
I did the full workout last night, but the night before I only did half of it. I'm going to try really hard to workout more. My hubby and I have been playing frisbee so I have been exercising but I want to complete the 90 day workout plan.
I'm down to 313.4. Yay. My first goal of 299 is getting close.
How are yall doin?
