so today's sparkcoach blog topic is about setting a weight loss goal weight in stone. I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet. I'm still getting back on the wagon and don't have a feel for how much I lose at a time yet. For now, I'm aiming for a pound a week but I care more about my body fat percentage. I would like to see it go down 1-2% a month until next summer.
