Goal date

so today's sparkcoach blog topic is about setting a weight loss goal weight in stone. I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet. I'm still getting back on the wagon and don't have a feel for how much I lose at a time yet. For now, I'm aiming for a pound a week but I care more about my body fat percentage. I would like to see it go down 1-2% a month until next summer.

    I think that sounds doable. I'm not sure how exactly my body works on a weekly basis either so I just go by how my clothes for. The number on the scale is great when it goes down, but has WAY too much power over my day when it goes the other way. I think you're on the right track!!
