NSV Body Pump (and big birthday week)

So, I have been doing Body Pump, a class with weights and music, for a few years. I enjoy the class, and when I go regularly I see and feel results. I recently gained back some weight, but I am still fitting in most of my clothes. A lot of that I attribute to exercise and especially weights.
Since I have been doing Body Pump, some things have totally, noticeably improved. I can do some good knee push-ups. I have increased my weights for squats and chest press. However, I have struggled with triceps and shoulders for years. I see improvements, and I am stronger, but I just cannot seem to get through all the reps. Sometimes have resigned myself to using very small weights. Other times I have tried heavier weights and done as many reps as I can.
Finally yesterday I was able to do all the biceps, all the triceps, and almost every shoulder rep. To be honest, some power-presses had three ups and I managed two. But, damnit I am counting it!
This is a big accomplishment for me, the week of my 50th birthday too!
