is a good day.
I have stuck with my meal plan.
I wont be able to go to the gym after work.
our family business takes 1 more step forward. Yay!
I got to see my little man for 30 seconds but it made my afternoon.
I see no prgress in my weight/clothes but I feel healthier.
I honestly haven't accomplished much at work but I'm tired.
I would like some extra vitamins. My body is tired.
I had a honey mustard chicken salad for lunch and it was healthy and delicious.
is the 2nd day I have successfully tracked my meals on My Fitness Pal.
is a good day.
